Personal

• Born on 17 June 1955 in a village called “NALLAMOOR” near Tindivanam at South Arcot District. Tamil Nadu in the year 1955 to Smt. S Lalitha and Sri. N K Srinivasan.
• Came to Chennai in 1975, started life in Yoga Samaj Adyar (under the direct guidance of KAVI YOGI MAHARISHI SHUDDHANDA BHARATI)
• Major working career at India Infoline Limited and retired in 2015 as Vice President – Operations
• Blessed with an understanding wife, two supporting sons, affectionate daughter in laws and a beautiful grand daughter and a naughty grandson.

Service Activities

• Served as a Senior Joint Secretary in Jan Jagran from 1988 Founded by Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal Sankaracharya of Kanchi Kamakotipeetam from the inception of Jan Kalyan-Jan Jagran.
• Did following activities for more than a decade there:
  • a) Arranged bank loans for the under privileged to start self employment.
  • b) Gave calipers for physically handicapped persons.
  • c) Helping old age homes by donating bed sheets or other utensils on the occasion of every Jayanthi Celebrations of His Holiness.
• Was an instrument in constructing an old age home at Pandithamedu Village (near mahabalipuram) under the Banner of Jan Jagran. This is now run by Hindu Seva Samajam.
• In the year of 1985 I was reading (Deivathin Kural) Voice of the Lord-vol-3 where His Holiness Maha Periyava emphasized on Pretha Samskaram. Inspired by that I met Paramacharya, conveyed my interest to do this. On getting His blessings from 1985 started doing the cremation/burial of the orphan dead persons. So far I am blessed to perform the last rites for more than 2000 orphan dead.

APKT

It was in the year 2001 Anatha Pretha Kainkarya Trust (APKT)was formed and registered as a Public Charitable Trust as per the wish and order of Maha Periyava

• On receipt of a call from any old age homes, we arrange to transport the body from the home to the burial ground for cremation, also arrange for immersion of the ashes in the sea.
• Also doing the cremation of the unclaimed bodies lying in the Government Hospital after taking Permission from the concerned authorities.
• Services Rendered to Vishranthi, Sai Charan, Anandham, Kakkum Karangal (Old Age Homes) and Nimmadhi a home for war Widows
• Also did Tharpana for all the Orphan dead at Kasi, Gaya, Rameswaram and also at Mount Kailash on the banks of Manasarovar
• Conducted a Sapthaham in Chennai in 2016 for the benefit of departed souls
